Projects start from $8K ex GST, as a single fixed price agreed upfront. Before we quote, we work out what the manual process is actually costing you in staff hours — so you can see the payback period before committing, not after.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit to begin, with the balance split across project milestones — never 100% upfront, and never open-ended hourly billing.
How long does it take?
Most automations go live in 14 days from kickoff. Larger or more complex builds take longer — we'll give you an exact timeline once we've scoped your requirements.
How do we know it will actually pay for itself?
We scope it that way from the start. The automation audit puts numbers on the manual work — hours per week, who's doing it, what those hours cost — and we only recommend building where the recovered time clearly outweighs the build cost. If the numbers don't stack up, we'll tell you.
Why not just use Zapier, Make or ChatGPT ourselves?
For simple, single-step triggers — genuinely, do that.
